WHO IS IT FOR?
Improves persistent redness, rosacea, broken capillaries, pigmentation, sun damage or an uneven skin tone.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Uses controlled pulses of light to target the pigment or blood vessels causing visible discolouration. The light is absorbed by melanin in pigmentation or haemoglobin in redness and converted into heat, helping the body gradually clear the targeted cells or vessels for clearer, brighter and more even looking skin.
Advanced IPL is a light based treatment I use to target redness, rosacea, broken capillaries, pigmentation and sun damage. Rather than simply treating the surface of your skin, IPL delivers controlled pulses of light that are attracted to specific colours within the skin, either melanin in areas of pigmentation or haemoglobin within visible blood vessels.
The light converts to heat, breaking down the targeted pigment or vessel so your body can naturally clear it over time. The result is a clearer, brighter and more even looking complexion, with treatments available for either targeted areas of the face or the full face.
